150 salmon escapedCause: Grunnet utbedring av av rist i utløpet i bunn av semilukket merd (første rømmingsbarriere), kom det noe taperfisk inn i slamkanalene fra merden og inn mot slamtanken. Utløpet av slamtaken har sekundær rømmingssikring (nòt). Denne nòten ble angrepet av pigghå. Det medførte at fisk som kom inn i slamkanalene, og gikk gjennom slamtanken og videre til utløpet kom ut i sjø grunnet skade på sekundærsikringen.
