25 salmon escapedCause: Ansvarlig personell på brønnbåten Inter Barents har ved lasting kun fulgt med på den ene telleren. Dette har ført til at de har lastet 40 tonn mer enn anbefalt kapasitet på båten. For å hindre at fisken får ugunstige forhold om bord har de besluttet å pumpe fisk tilbake i samme merd som det ble lastet fra. En ventil fra tidligere på dagen sto åpen (brukes til direktelevering på slakteriet) og ved trykk ble sekundærsikringen på slangen blåst av. 5 salmon escapedCause: Hendelsesforløp: Mannskap på brønnbåt observerer en mindre vannlekkasje i en kobling om bord under direktelossing av fisk ved vårt slakteri i Rypefjord. Denne koblingen er mellom brønnbåtens losseslange og slakteriets inntaksrør, og ligger innenfor rekka på båten. Mannskap skulle til å stramme koblingen for å stoppe lekkasjen, men endte i stedet opp med å slakke denne. Dette førte til at lekkasjen i stedet økte, og man fikk anslagsvis 50 - 100 fisk på dekk av brønnbåten. En ansatt fra Cermaq fikk med seg hendelsesforløpet, og forteller at 4-5 fisk kom seg rundt nettet som var satt opp som rømmingssikring på båten. Disse individene havnet i sjøen, og er på nåværende tidspunkt på rømmen. · recaptured 1 · Directorate of Fisheries
